Kevin is a seasoned financial services professional with over 25 years of experience. He has held senior roles in HR, culture, organisational development, and wealth management at Lloyds Banking Group. Kevin’s leadership skills, strategic vision, and deep understanding of the banking industry are complemented by his external involvement in the voluntary sector.

Nora is an experienced leader within Customer Experience, Insight, Service and Digital Proposition Development. She is the founder of Chrysalis CX, a customer experience consultancy working with organisations to identify gaps in the customer and tenant experience and leads large multidisciplinary teams to deliver and develop new products and services to meet evolving expectations.

She has extensive commercial experience in the private and not-for-profit sectors across health and social care, tech and finance. With a passion for delivering a customer centric approach, combines strategic, commercial and digital innovation to deliver transformational change. she is a mentor and coach to young women developing their leadership skills in the customer experience industry.

After roles in retail banking, sales and marketing, David moved into Human Resources in the 1990s. He subsequently held senior roles in Banking, Professional Services and the Public Sector. He has worked with several charities and is currently trustee of two others involved in mental health and children’s support.

Chris is a seasoned marketing and business leader with over 30 years of experience in strategic leadership, governance, and stakeholder engagement within large organisations. He brings extensive expertise in marketing and strategy and also has experience of finance, risk, legal, and HR disciplines, coupled with a strong track record in governance, strategic decision-making, and financial management. Chris is passionate about making a positive impact through non-executive and trustee roles, with a keen focus on contributing to the ‘not for profit’ sector.

Chris’s career in large organisations has provided him with a deep understanding of strategic oversight, risk management, and stakeholder engagement and he thrives on tricky challenges and working with others to find solutions that create traction internally, with service users and other external stakeholders. With prior board experience and a commitment to social impact, Chris is excited about the opportunity to help organisations thrive and make the world a better place.
